You will negotiate, inspect, and process acquisitions while maintaining strong supplier relationships and market awareness.

The role requires keen negotiation skills, an eye for vehicle condition, and proficiency with valuation tools and market analysis platforms.

Formación

• Proven experience in vehicle acquisition, wholesale purchasing, or a related automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of makes, models and market values.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess vehicle condition and identify issues.
• Proficiency in using valuation tools and market analysis platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, wholesale channels, and private sellers.
• Conduct thorough inspections to assess condition, reconditioning needs, and value.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms to secure vehicles at competitive rates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, auction reps, and industry contacts.
• Analyze market data to inform acquisition strategies and optimize inventory.
• Prepare and process documentation for purchases and transfers.
• Collaborate with sales and service to understand inventory needs and reconditioning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all acquisition activities and vehicle information.
