Job summary

Marsh Health and Benefits US is seeking a Central Zone Practice Leader (Partner level) to lead a large team and drive strategy, revenue and profitability. The role supports a hybrid schedule with three in-office days weekly, reporting to the Health & Benefits US Leader and dotted-line to the Central Zone Leader.

The role offers a global leader in risk and benefits consulting with a strong focus on innovative client solutions, collaboration, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership and ability to build and develop diverse, high-performing teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and a track record of bringing innovative approaches to business needs.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing costs, with a track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Experience identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions for client’s complex challenges.
• Health and Benefits consulting experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Zone’s long-term business strategy, aligned to the overall Health and Benefits strategy; drive engagement through clear, consistent communication with Health & Benefits Leaders and Office Leaders.
• Deliver Zone financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability, with active management of the P&L.
• Grow practice revenue by leading sales growth, enabling cross-practice collaboration, and strengthening external relationships to build the Marsh Health & Benefits brand with business leaders.
• Achieve Zone sales goals by deepening existing client relationships and developing new ones in partnership with local growth teams.
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture by inspiring teams, leading change, and developing top talent and successors.
• Champion the adoption of AI and technology-enabled tools to improve client outcomes and increase productivity.
