Marsh Health and Benefits US seeks a Central Zone Practice Leader to guide a large team, shape strategy, and drive revenue and profitability. This partner-level role reports to the US leader with dotted-line to the Central Zone Leader; it can be based in any Central Zone office with a hybrid schedule, including three days in the office weekly.

As a senior leader, you will develop client relationships, collaborate across the One Firm framework, and champion AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Proven inclusive leadership and team development.
• Track record in driving sales and revenue growth.
• Experience delivering cost management and strategic initiatives.
• Health and Benefits consulting background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Zone’s long-term business strategy.
• Deliver Zone financial performance including revenue growth and profitability.
• Grow practice revenue via sales growth and external relationships.
