Marsh is seeking an experienced Central Zone Practice Leader for Health and Benefits in the US. You will guide a large team, drive strategy, and oversee revenue and profitability to support client needs and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership and ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Experience leading teams and managing costs with a track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Health and Benefits consulting experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Zone’s long-term business strategy, aligned to Health & Benefits goals; drive engagement with Leaders and Office Leaders.
• Deliver Zone financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability, with active P&L management.
• Grow practice revenue by leading sales growth, cross-practice collaboration, and strengthening external relationships for Marsh H&B brand.
• Achieve Zone sales goals by deepening existing client relationships and developing new ones with local growth teams.
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture by inspiring teams, leading change, and developing top talent and successors.
• Champion AI adoption and technology-enabled tools to improve client outcomes and productivity.
