Job summary

Wunderkind is seeking a top-performing Programmatic Sales Director to manage a specified USA Central region across agency, trading desk, brand and DSP accounts. You will drive revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, building senior-level relationships, and coordinating with account managers to maximize spend.

The role requires 8+ years in online programmatic advertising sales, a robust network, and a proven track record with CPA/CPC/CPM campaigns.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus experience in digital media or digital advertising.
• 8+ years in online programmatic advertising sales, with at least 5 in a sales role.
• Strong ownership of a large territory and delivery of revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic understanding of Wunderkind's product offering and how its differentiation serves clients' needs.
• Build relationships with multiple decision-makers in the programmatic buying cycle.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for qualified targets.
• Work with account managers to ensure accounts are serviced and revenue is maximized.
