Job summary

Wunderkind is seeking a Senior Manager (Regional Lead), Programmatic Accounts, to drive strategic vision and growth across the Western United States. You will manage a select book of strategic accounts while mentoring a pod of Senior Managers and Managers, ensuring sustained client success and revenue expansion.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to scale campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver data-driven insights to clients and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programmatic role with data and account management.
• 3+ years in client-facing roles with revenue retention/expansion.
• Leadership experience preferred, 1–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and professional development of the Programmatic Accounts team (pod).
• Lead and grow a high-priority portfolio of agency, trading desk, brand, and DSP relationships across your territory.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify revenue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as a player‑coach, mentoring account management staff and scaling best practices.
• Monitor bandwidth and contribute to campaign transition ideas.
• Collaborate to update programmatic best practices/playbook for the team.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Wunderkind inventory.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, & Design to drive platform innovation.
• Support regional strategy by identifying growth opportunities and new features.
• Translate avails analysis into data-driven strategies for scaling within PMP.
• Mentor junior account managers and manage escalations.
