UCLA Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Central Sterile Supervisor I to lead daily sterile processing operations at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Westwood. You will oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments, coordinate case cart delivery, and supervise staff with a focus on safety and efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sterile processing or related field.
• Knowledge of sterile processing, infection prevention, sterilization, high-level disinfection, surgical instrumentation, and case cart workflows.
• Ability to lead staff, prioritize changing workloads, solve problems, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and SPM, including dashboards, tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and producing monthly reports.
• Ability to rotate across shifts as operationally needed.
