• Oversees inventory and establishes par levels to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintains accurate records and quality control parameters for SPD activities.
• Mentors and trains staff, coordinating with SPD Educator on ongoing programs.
• Develops and implements departmental performance improvement initiatives.
