Responsible for completing photocopy/statement requests from branches and departments for Westamerica Bank and all acquired banks. Assist in completing subpoenas, and other legal requests. Responsible for department record keeping, data input of charges on Service Register, and assisting in estimates for large requests. Applicant must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills required. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment. Requires flexible work hours based on department needs. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Knowledge of Netlmage, TREEV and RUMBA is a plus.
