Integrated Power USA, the TotalEnergies integrated power platform, is based in Austin, TX and operates with a hybrid work arrangement. We lead a portfolio across ERCOT, SPP, and MISO, delivering solar, wind, storage, and related developments with a focus on risk, budgets, and execution readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in renewable energy development, strong people leadership, and the ability to drive strategy across a Central Region portfolio and external partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in renewable energy or related infrastructure development with multi‑project portfolios.
• Experience leading direct reports and cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of ERCOT, SPP, or MISO markets and interconnection processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead Central Region development team and portfolio priorities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and decision support.
• Oversee post-site-control development through approvals and transition to execution.
• Coordinate with Greenfield and M&A teams on target strategy.
• Manage risks, budgets, schedules, and governance across projects.
• Engage external stakeholders: utilities, regulators, landowners, communities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/Q and company policies.
