Arkema Territory Sales Manager - Central Region is responsible for executing strategic plans and driving sales through distribution, contractors, and independent retailers. You will present to groups, train on product lines, and manage key accounts across Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit, and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing with exposure to complex sales processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong understanding of flooring marketplace and industry applications.
• Ability to perform hands-on demonstrations; lift up to 57 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce.com.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with Marketing Team and Sales Management to identify territory opportunities (25%).
• Work with Regional Manager to define targets and goals.
• Provide ongoing information on industry advances and product needs.
• Sell full product offering of Bostik Hardwood, Tile & Stone, Sealants, Resilient & Surface.
• Prepare Systems for C&C Business Unit in the Region (25%).
• Troubleshoot account problems and facilitate technical solutions for customers.
• Manage and grow Bostik accounts covering assigned territory (25%).
• Use Salesforce.com as CRM and for daily territory management.
• Execute and implement the Bostik sales market plan (25%).
