Job summary

Arkema Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Central Region (Detroit, Columbus or Cleveland). You will manage relationships with distribution accounts and contractors, and drive sales of Bostik products through distribution and contractor channels.

Architectural sales calls and group presentations are part of the role. Territory geography includes Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis; home location preferred in Detroit, MI, Columbus, OH or Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing with exposure to complex sales processes.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of flooring marketplace and industry applications.
Ability to perform hands-on demonstrations with products and present to groups.

Responsibilities

Liaison for Marketing Team / Sales Management to identify key territory opportunities - 25%.
Work with Regional Sales Manager to define targets and goals; provide market information.
Sell full product offering of Bostik Hardwood, Tile & Stone, Sealants, and related systems.
Trouble shoot account problems and facilitate technical solutions for customers.
Manage and grow Bostik accounts covering assigned territory; use Salesforce.com for CRM.
Execute and implement the Bostik sales market plan; develop strategies to manage accounts.
Prepare timely sales reports and meet technical needs of customers.
