Job summary

Abbott is seeking a TAVI Territory Manager to drive sales and clinical outcomes in the Structural Heart division. You will manage commercial accounts and trial sites in your territory, collaborating with regional leaders to meet quarterly goals and advance patient care.

You will conduct clinical activities, participate in trainings, and support procedures with imaging and sizing expertise. A strong background in cardiovascular sales and relationship-building is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cardiovascular sales experience, 3+ years in Structural Heart or related areas.
• Demonstrates clinical competency and understanding of severe aortic stenosis.
• Strong organizational, communication, and process skills for field sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to identify opportunities and achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate daily territory activities with Clinical Sales Specialists and Regional Lead Specialist.
• Develop customer-focused sales and clinical strategies to support TAVI program goals.
• Create actionable sales plans using clinical, sales, and data analytics.
• Utilize SFDC and other tools to manage the sales process.
• Attend training to support cases and potentially become a proctor delegate.
• Provide valve loading and case support for TAVI procedures and pre-case planning reports.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders to facilitate future sales.
