Job summary

Modern Machinery is seeking a Territory Manager responsible for coverage, retention, development, and customer satisfaction across specified Oregon counties. The role requires strong selling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a diverse territory with travel as needed.

This exempt position offers base salary plus monthly commission, with a focus on building a robust customer base and maintaining current accounts.

Responsibilities

• Territory management of accounts in Klamath, Lake, Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson and Wheeler counties in Oregon.
• Develop and enlarge the customer base within the assigned territory while maintaining existing accounts.
• Maintain communications and advise management of all changes within the territory.
• Plan and execute sales activities aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Utilize systems/tools to capture all sales activity and manage the sales process.
• Achieve and maintain excellent product knowledge and understand marketing/finance programs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and determine their needs to provide innovative product solutions.
• Follow up to ensure all sales and rental transactions are completed on time.
