Job summary

RATIONAL AG is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Columbus, OH area. This role involves promoting intelligent kitchen equipment technology, increasing sales, and developing customer relations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience in the food industry, strong communication skills, and a culinary or related degree. Employment includes a starting salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per year with bonuses and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of increased sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Promote RATIONAL equipment technology through culinary events.
• Increase customer base by pursuing identified and new opportunities.
• Document customer-related information in CRM systems.
