Job summary
RATIONAL AG seeks a Regional Sales Director - Mid-Atlantic to lead and grow a sales team across NC, SC, VA, MD and DC. You will coach the regional managers, develop partner networks, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional demonstrations of RATIONAL equipment.
The role requires substantial travel, reports to executive management, and a compensation package with a bonus. Strong presentation skills with CRM experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred.
- 5–7 years of sales, sales management or business development experience.
- 2–3 years supervisory experience.
- Experience with national accounts or large chains.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop 4–8 regional sales managers.
- Identify and develop strategic partners and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support partners at regional trade shows and events.
- Monitor sales activity and report to executives using CRM data.
- Plan activities for all opportunities in CRM.
