The Central Matching Team Support Staff provides administrative, technical, and coordination support for Aunt Martha's Clinical Intervention for Placement Preservation (CIPP) and Discharge Clinical Intervention for Placement Preservation (D-CIPP) programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Centralized Matching Team, casework staff, provider agencies, and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to ensure timely and accurate referral processing.
Reporting to the Administrator, this position is responsible for maintaining referral documentation, managing data across multiple systems, coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the efficient operation of the Central Matching Team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where communication, organization, and accuracy are critical to supporting children and families.
