Job summary

Northgate Gonzalez Markets is seeking a seasoned kitchen operations leader to manage centralized production for Puestos in-store. You will train and certify team leaders, supervise cooks, and ensure recipes are executed with precision while maintaining safety and quality.

The role involves daily production planning, inventory oversight, and collaboration with category managers to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years directly related to Menu and Kitchen Management in multi-unit environments.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify Puesto Team Leaders, Leads, and BOH associates.
• Plan and execute daily recipe production for Puestos in central kitchen.
• Collaborate with Produce, Carniceria, and other departments to improve efficiency.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and prevent cross-contamination.
• Assist in inventory management and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and safety policies.
