Job summary

Berkeley Services Group is seeking an FM Solutions & Operations Support Engineer to provide centralized technical and operational support across the Facilities Management portfolio. You will act as a key interface among Operations, BD, Mobilization, Engineering, Procurement, HSE and other support functions.

The role strengthens the FM management structure by delivering site assessments, mobilizations, operational readiness and portfolio-level support across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/building services or related engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, MEPO operations or technical FM.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across Operations, BD, Procurement and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site visits for tenders, existing projects, variations and opportunities.
• Assess MEP systems, civil infra and asset condition; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Support mobilization plans, readiness schedules and resource coordination.
• Provide operational support to FM managers and site teams across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans for improvements.
• Assist in tender clarification, manpower structuring and PPM strategies.
• Standardize FM processes and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
