Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Asset Manager III to oversee the Central Energy Plant (CEP) operations across campuses, mentor site teams, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership across multiple facilities, coordinating with EPC, O&M, and operations teams to optimize energy usage and maintenance practices.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of site management or central plant experience, strong knowledge of building codes, and proven communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing multiple sites and/or multiple asset managers or size/complexity of a single site
• Well versed in building codes and associated standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry competitors and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and modifications to operations
• Mentor owner on energy strategies
• Manage CEP Operation & Maintenance including subcontractors and internal service providers
• Oversee Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP
• Coordinate with operators to ensure plant efficiency
• Train Plant Operators regularly
• Develop and maintain Plant Operating Manual
• Assist EPC team with coordination of engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support
• Lead one or more Asset Manager teams
