Job summary

ENFRA is hiring an Asset Manager IV to oversee the Central Energy Plant operations and maintenance across multiple facilities. You will review energy usage, mentor staff, and drive best practices in energy strategies.

This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and continuous improvement within a stable energy infrastructure environment. The position requires extensive experience in site/facility management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with EPC teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in managing multiple sites or equivalent facility management experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects.
• Familiar with industry competitors and market standards.
• Ability to multitask and work beyond scope when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and improvements.
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies.
• Manage Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance including contractors and operators.
• Manage Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
• Coordinate with plant operators to ensure efficient operation.
• Provide ongoing training for Plant Operators.
• Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual.
• Support EPC with engineering, procurement and construction activities and coordinate on-site troubleshooting with the remote support team.
• Lead one or more Asset Management teams.
