Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Asset Manager III to oversee the Central Energy Plant Operations and Maintenance across campus facilities. You will review energy usage, mentor owners on energy strategies, and coordinate with EPC teams to ensure efficient and reliable CEP performance.

The role requires 4+ years in multi-site management or central plant experience, proficiency with building codes, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing multiple sites or central plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage several ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance and best practices.
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies and CEP O&M.
• Manage Central Energy Plant operation and maintenance and subcontractors.
• Oversee maintenance reserves and ensure efficient plant operation.
• Coordinate with EPC and on-site teams for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
