Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Asset Manager IV to lead the operational and energy strategy for campus-level CEP facilities. You will review daily energy usage, mentor facility staff on energy best practices, and manage CEP O&M with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires 6+ years in asset or facilities management, strong knowledge of building codes, and excellent communication. Travel 10–25% to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in managing multiple sites or central plant/facility management.
• Well versed in building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the energy infrastructure sector and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance, best practices and operational modifications.
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies.
• Manage CEP O&M including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.
• Manage the Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
• Coordinate EPC activities with OMC operations and on-site troubleshooting with remote teams.
• Lead and coordinate one or more Asset Manager teams.
