Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Asset Manager IV to lead and optimize energy usage across campus facilities. You will oversee the Central Energy Plant operations and maintenance, mentor staff, and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities with the EPC team.

The role requires 6+ years in multi-site management or central plant leadership, strong communication skills, and knowledge of building codes. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance, best practices, and modifications of current operations.
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies.
• Manage the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance with subcontractors and operators.
• Coordinate EPC engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support team.
• Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual.
• Lead a team of Asset Managers or multiple teams.
