System One seeks an Asset Manager III to lead the Central Energy Plant (CEP) operations for a campus of facilities in Cincinnati. You will review energy usage with clients and implement best practices across the CEP, guiding O&M and staff on energy strategies.

Responsibilities include daily energy review, coordinating with EPC teams, mentoring owner staff, and ensuring efficient CEP operation across multiple sites with training and oversight of contractors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing multiple sites or similar central plant/MEP leadership.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee CEP O&M for campus facilities and mentor owner's staff.
• Review energy usage daily; advise on best practices and operational changes.
• Coordinate with EPC teams for engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Direct on-site troubleshooting with teams and maintain Plant Operating Manual.
• Manage multiple teams of Asset Managers and subcontractors.
