Avardis Health Management is seeking a qualified Admissions Specialist to coordinate referrals and admissions from the Central Admissions Office. You will manage eReferral platforms, review clinical and financial docs, and support post-acute placement with Case Managers and sales teams.

The role requires at least two years in healthcare admissions, with post-acute experience preferred, and a focus on timely, compliant patient intake with CRM tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare admissions in a sales and marketing capacity or clinical capacity.
• Post-acute healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing clinical and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and admissions within the Central Admissions Office.
• Manage eReferral platforms and ensure timely responses and bed availability.
• Complete referral evaluations to identify clinical and financial needs.
• Assist Case Managers and sales/marketing teams in post-acute placement.
• Use CRM to track referrals and initiate admission processes.
• Obtain hospital documents to support services and upload to PCC.
• Verify insurance information to confirm payer sources.
• Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes for better results.
