Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Safety & Security Manager to lead the Center's safety and security operations at our Indiana location.

The role oversees investigations, staff supervision, and the implementation of comprehensive safety programs, ensuring a secure environment for students and staff. You will coordinate OSHA compliance, incident reporting, and DOL requirements while mentoring team members and promoting a proactive safety culture across the Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in military, law enforcement and/or safety management.
• OSHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Safety & Security Department to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.
• Conduct investigations of accidents and incidents with proper reporting.
• Coordinate center-wide safety program, OSHA compliance, and DOL reporting requirements.
• Schedule staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to safety regulations and break requirements.
• Maintain incident records, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective supervision and services.
