Job summary

Adams and Associates seeks a fulfillment-focused leader to manage the Safety & Security Department and ensure a safe environment for students and staff. You will supervise staff, conduct investigations, and coordinate the center's safety program to reduce incidents and improve security operations.

The role requires a minimum of three years in military, law enforcement, or safety management, plus OSHA certification and a valid state driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree from an accredited school or related certifications preferred.
• A minimum of three years experience in military, law enforcement and/or safety management required.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements.
• DOL approval required if reporting to the Center Director.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages the Safety & Security Department.
• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Coordinates and documents Center safety program and OSHA compliance.
• Interviews, hires (or recommends), disciplines and evaluates Safety Department staff.
• Conducts center investigations and compiles appropriate reports (e.g., Significant Incident, TORT Claims).
