Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Center Safety Officer to provide a safe living and working environment for students and staff.

You will support the Safety & Security Department with incident investigations and reporting, and enforce safety standards across the Center. You will inspect facilities, monitor compliance, respond to emergencies, and supervise students while coordinating with dorm staff as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet insurability requirements.
• Experience with safety and security in a Center or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure living and working environment for students and staff.
• Assist Safety & Security Department to maintain a safe Center environment.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare required reports with corrective actions.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct Center-wide security tours.
• Respond to emergencies and supervise student behavior; assist dorm staff as needed.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of Center facilities and property.
• Plan and organize assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
