• Completion of ASD Training Program or leadership development experience.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Store Director, lead total store operations.
• Oversee center store operations including dairy and frozen sections.
• Maintain pricing and implement company policies to minimize shrink.
• Recruit, train and develop store associates and department managers.
• Monitor sales goals, department performance and labor costs.
