Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager in Abilene, TX. You will lead center store operations, train the team, and partner with the Store Manager to drive guest experiences and inventory integrity.

This hands-on role requires daily task management, safety adherence, and proactive problem-solving. You will be part of a store leadership team, stepping in when others are unavailable, while performing duties of Store Team Members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed and safety processes followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns promptly and keep leadership informed.
• Act as part of the store leadership team and fill in for other leaders when needed.
