Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the team. You’ll train, guide, and empower staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience, while partnering with the Store Manager to drive inventory accuracy and vendor relations.

You will oversee daily tasks, safety processes, and store walks, and you’ll step in as a member of the leadership team when needed. This role rewards hands-on leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and ensure safety processes are followed.
• Log service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
