Casey’s in Abilene, TX is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members, ensure daily tasks and safety processes are followed, and manage inventory with daily bookwork under supervision.

You will address guest concerns and step in as part of the leadership team as needed. Ideal candidates demonstrate hands-on leadership, accountability, and a proactive approach to service and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead store center activities with accountability and empowerment.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to train and coach staff.
• Oversee daily task lists and safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve on the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
