Job summary

Casey in Texas seeks a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations with accountability, train and empower teammates, ensure accurate inventory, audits, invoices, and vendor coordination to keep products available and guest satisfaction high.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager, oversee daily tasks, safety walks, service tickets, and act as part of store leadership. Starting pay range $14.50-$16.65 per hour; Casey offers employee discounts and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
