Job summary

Casey is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations, train and empower team members, and ensure inventory accuracy and vendor partnerships. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain financial integrity through audits and invoices.

Responsibilities include daily task execution, safety adherence, and timely resolution of guest concerns, while serving on the store leadership team and stepping in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead center store operations with accountability and empowerment.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities including daily task lists and safety processes.
• Ensure service requests and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork under Store Manager oversight.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve on the store leadership team and step in when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
