Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations in the center of the store, train and empower team members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver a premier guest experience.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, conduct audits, manage invoices, and maintain vendor relations to keep products available. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accountability, safety, and daily task execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability, influencing center store operations.
• Train, coach, and engage store team with the Store Manager.
• Oversee center store activities; complete daily task lists and safety checks.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to service and keep the Manager informed.
• Part of store leadership; step in when others are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
