Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations in the center store and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will train, guide, and empower team members, collaborate with the Store Manager, and ensure accurate inventory counts, audits, and timely vendor check-ins. This role emphasizes accountability, safety processes, and strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities in the center store with accountability.
• Train, coach, and engage team members with the Store Manager.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure tasks are completed.
• Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Serve on the store leadership team and step in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
