Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store with hands-on leadership, training, and strong guest focus.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to coach and engage team members while ensuring inventory accuracy, audits, vendor interactions, and timely task completion are maintained. The role emphasizes accountability, daily operations, safety, and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment, with compensation in the listed hourly range and growth

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower operational activities in the center store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities under Store Manager supervision, ensuring daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and service tickets are completed.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve on the store leadership team and step in when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
