Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead a hands-on, guest-focused team in the center store. You will train and empower staff, maintain accurate inventory, conduct audits, manage invoices, and strengthen vendor partnerships to ensure product availability.

You will partner with the Store Manager, drive daily operations, complete safety processes, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the team in center store operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities, ensuring daily tasks and store walks are completed.
• Ensure safety processes are followed and service tickets are entered promptly.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to team member service and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Lead when other leaders are unavailable and perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
