Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the center store team while partnering with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities, ensuring daily tasks and safety processes are followed.
• Manage inventory, audits, and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
