Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. seeks a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train and empower the center store team while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll manage inventory counts, audits, and invoicing, and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure product availability.

As a hands‑on leader, you’ll collaborate with the Store Manager, supervise daily tasks, and participate in the store leadership team, driving operational excellence and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities to ensure daily task completion and safety processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform daily bookwork under Store Manager oversight.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and address guest concerns.
• Serve on the store leadership team and cover for other leaders when needed.
