Job summary

Festival Foods in Mauston, WI is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of Grocery, Frozen, Natural/Organic and HBC/GM departments, under guidance of Center Store Sr. Manager or Store Director.

You will coach and mentor frontline teams, manage inventory and vendor orders, ensure pricing and merchandising accuracy, and uphold safety standards while ensuring exceptional guest service. This is a full-time position with mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, with

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Thorough knowledge of the retail grocery business.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn store systems.
• Understanding of store safety policies and hazard identification.
• Experience operating warehouse/equipment like pallet jacks and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to Center Store associates.
• Oversee inventory, orders, pricing, and merchandising execution.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain stock levels across departments.
• Balance workloads and schedule to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure department readiness and safety compliance.
• Support Senior Manager as needed and cover shifts.
