The role shifts focus daily to meet business needs, maintains inventory and pricing accuracy, and supports afternoon and night shift operations.

The position emphasizes training associates, upholding department standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or restaurant preferred.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and safety awareness essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Center Store departments as daily needs shift.
• Step in for Center Store Manager and support the team.
• Train, coach, and re-train associates to uphold performance.
• Maintain inventory levels, pricing, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director and managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and report scheduling issues to HR.
• Assist guests with locations, special orders, and questions.
• Contribute to department cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with performance reviews and corrective actions when needed.
• Be ready to support closing procedures at the register.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and communication.
