You’ll work with store leaders to ensure smooth daily operations and timely staffing while maintaining a strong safety and customer-first culture. The role requires leadership experience in retail, knowledge of store operations, and a solid grasp of merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or restaurant preferred.
• Strong merchandising skills and knowledge of non-perishable dept operations.
• Ability to coordinate with store and vendor teams and manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Center Store departments according to daily needs.
• Step in to lead teams in the absence of Center Store Manager.
• Train, coach and re-train associates to maintain high performance.
• Ensure inventory, pricing, and cleanliness standards are met consistently.
• Communicate with Store Director and managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Support timekeeping accuracy and assist with scheduling issues.
