Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining department standards, and collaborating with store leadership to deliver exceptional service while managing timekeeping and shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or restaurant.
• Knowledge of non-perishable department operations and merchandising.
• Ability to lead in the absence of a manager and train associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Center Store departments based on daily needs.
• Ensure inventory, pricing, cleanliness and standards are maintained.
• Train and coach associates; provide guest service and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with Store Director and managers to exceed guest expectations.
