Job summary

Qualifications

• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation or plan to achieve within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for associates and customers.
• Ensure quality standards are met and department appearance is maintained.
• Hire, train and develop associates to meet department needs.
• Meet departmental financial objectives and manage inventory.
• Supervise duties and responsibilities of department staff and model excellent customer service.
• Use company tools and systems to manage performance and reporting.
