Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Keep Center Store (Grocery) area clean and neat in appearance.
• Assist Center Store Manager with training, scheduling, and staffing the stock crew.
• Ensure productivity goals of the stock crew are met.
• Stock merchandise per policies and guidelines and ensure saleable items on shelves.
• Maintain shelf allocations as per item tags and policy guidelines.
• Handle ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying per guidelines.
• Use company tools like ACIS and CAO.
• Follow all Food Lion guidelines and safety procedures.
• Report accidents promptly and comply with local, state and federal regulations.
