Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Center Store Associate to support the Grocery department at Grovetown, GA. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain store appearance while following company policies.

You will train and schedule stock crew, use ACIS and CAO systems, and ensure safe, efficient operations. This full-time role requires strong communication and the ability to learn multiple tasks; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Assist Center Store Manager with training, scheduling, and supervising stock crew.
• Keep Center Store area clean and presentable.
• Stock products in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Use tools such as ACIS and CAO for ordering and inventory tasks.
• Ensure shelves are stocked with saleable merchandise and correctly tagged.
• Follow safety guidelines and report accidents as required.
