Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America seeks an Assistant Center Manager (ACM) to support the Center Sales Manager in daily operations while following all federal and state regulations. This role emphasizes customer service, sales, and marketing to drive center performance.

You will lead staff, handle transactions, participate in marketing efforts, manage cash controls, and ensure accurate records. Some travel between centers may be required; prior sales and service experience is preferred, with a

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of financial products and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Actively lead and assist employees to meet center performance metrics.
Understand, recommend, and sell financial products and services to customers.
Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers, in person and over the phone.
Manage customer concerns and actively participate in customer transactions.
Deploy community marketing to generate sales and customer growth and complete tracking sheets.
Assist the Center Sales Manager in managing the center's P&L and budgets.
Adhere to policies, procedures, Creed, and applicable regulations.
