Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Pensacola, FL. The role focuses on customer service, sales, and marketing while supporting daily center operations and regulatory compliance.

The ACM will lead staff to meet performance goals, manage cash and POS transactions, and participate in collections and community marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred, and prior sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience is required, or equivalent experience; 2 years in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.
• Strong math skills, good communication, ability to read and apply detailed information.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service, Sales, & Marketing: lead and assist employees in meeting performance metrics, sell financial products, build relationships, manage concerns, deploy marketing, and track results.
• Operations, Compliance, & Collections: assist Center Sales Manager in managing P&L, follow policies and regulations, maintain cash controls, enter transactions into POS, maintain customer files, perform collection activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
